Camp Koinonia has been “owned” by the many people who have shared in the vision and blessings of this hallowed ground. Kamp Koinonia Inc. is a not-for-profit 501(c3) corporation, led by a dedicated group of volunteer members of the Board of Directors who are committed securing the future of Camp Koinonia. The policy setting, fiscal and management oversight duties of the Corporation are vested in the Board of Directors. The Board determines the policies and controls the property and affairs of Camp Koinonia. The Board of Directors shall have the power to hold meetings, appoint committees, and choose the Executive Director.

I first attended camp in 1966 when I was about 4 months old. At that time, the camp was operated by the United Methodist Church. With the exception of maybe a year or two, my family and I have enjoyed the beauty of Koinonia every year of my life. I have been a boardmember since 2007 and hope I will have the ability to serve camp for many years to come.
