Turning Inward - Shining Out: A Holistic Contemplative Retreat

August 18th – 22nd, 2010

Treat yourself to rest and relaxation, freshly prepared meals, and daily Mass.   

Experience guided prayer activities including Centering prayer, meditation and gentle yoga (no experience needed). 

You may also choose to spend your time in solitude, enjoying the beautiful surroundings, nearby hiking trails, and swimming pool.
