The Program Staff are a cherished part of the Family Camp community at Camp Koinonia and include the Priest, Spiritual Directors, Apprentice Spiritual Directors, Program Director, Assistant Program Directors, and Apprentice Spiritual Directors - for people interested in gaining Spiritual Director skills!  

 

Each staff member has two main jobs: to serve the families of Koinonia and to be a wonderful role model for all of the Campers. Being part of the Family Camp staff is a life-changing experience.  Staff find lifelong friends at Koinonia. We thank God for our wonderful Program Staff!

 

Spiritual Directors:

Coordinate the spiritual journey during the week, facilitate staff sharing and supervise the staff.

-Training sessions to take place the Spring.  

-All adult staff are required to complete the CASE (Creating a Safe Environment) Training by May 31 (once every 3 years). 

-Program & Spiritual Staff Training Retreat: TBA

 

Program Directors:  

Coordinate the camp activities and supervise the Counselors.
 

Assistant Program Directors: 

Provide assistance to the Program Director in running camp activities and supervising Counselors.
